Can you believe it? It's been a whole year since I started this journey of sharing my thoughts and experiences on my favourite topics - mindfulness, travel, and mental health. If you look at it closely, they are all connected and co-dependent on each other.
Looking back, it is quite amazing how far we've come. It has been an exciting journey so far and I am grateful for every moment. But I couldn't have done it without you. Although my blog doesn't have a huge fan following. But there are a handful of loyal readers who never fail to shower me with honest and candid feedback on my posts. I am eternally thankful to you for being a part of my journey.
Over the past year, I have published dozens of posts on topics that really created an impact on me. These are the ones that are etched in my memories and the ones I will end up reciting as bedtime stories to my grandkids. Of course, I will use a pseudo name. I don't want my grandkids to know what a crazy woman their grandmother was. But they will have a streak of wilderness in them for sure. I can tell. All this happens, if my kids choose to have kids. But that's not my concern anyway. Wait, why am I even thinking about my grandkids on a Tuesday morning?
Well, until then, my travel stories will be lurking somewhere in the corner of this complex world of the internet. However, there are some posts t
hat I thought I'd publish but I never got down to writing them. There are travel stories that I never got to share with you. The learnings that I got from them and the life lessons if at all.
Having said that, there's got to be some nonsense, everything doesn't have to be a life lesson or learning. I believe that "learning" is quite overhyped anyway. I am pretty sure by now you'll know that you can expect a truckload of nonsense and shenanigans from me. I am not here to teach you anything. I am just a friend, who is telling you about her experiences, fears, and small victories that makes life somewhat meaningful.
I have to be honest, I haven't focused on this blog as intensely as I'd like to. I have always looked at it as a hobby. So this year, I would definitely pay more focus to it. I have so many amazing things planned for it already.
This year, I am planning to publish more articles on the personal stories of both you and me. Yes. I will be sharing the stories of my beloved readers among other things.
But for now, we’re celebrating the milestone we crossed and it’s time to raise a glass to all that we have achieved so far! 🥂
I've always struggled with consistency. As a child and an adult, I would always get bored and then quit the "activity". I am pretty proud of myself and will go ahead and pat myself on the back, for working on my weakness without giving up.
Once again, I want to Thank You for being such an important part of this journey. I would love to offer you a coupon code 1YearofMJ which offers an 18.888% discount on your next Amazon shopping. But I am not that famous yet :)
